KTM 390 Adventure R 2025 – Specifications

The new KTM 390 Adventure gets a redesigned chassis while power will come from the 399 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor, borrowed from the third-generation KTM 390 Duke. Although official specifications are yet to be confirmed, the engine is expected to produce 45 bhp and 39 Nm of peak torque.

The gear ratios and sprockets will likely be revised for better low-end power delivery, enhancing off-road capability. This powertrain is paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a slip-and-assist clutch and a bi-directional quick-shifter for smoother gear shifts.

The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure will be available in two variants:

• 390 Adventure X: Touring-oriented model with alloy wheels, featuring a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear setup, making it ideal for highway cruising at a lower price point.
• 390 Adventure S: This off-road-ready version is equipped with 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoked wheels and tubeless tyres. It is expected to feature more advanced electronic aids than the X variant.

The 390 Adventure S will also include a new 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, sourced from the latest KTM 390 Duke. Additional features include:
