Upfront, a 43 mm WP APEX open cartridge fork with 150 mm travel keeps things in check, with adjustable compression and rebound settings.
All-new trellis frame with aluminum sub-frame
The new design features a 2-piece construction composed of an all-new steel trellis main frame with a pressure die-cast aluminum subframe.
- Off-center mounted rear monoshock to allow for a larger airbox while reducing seat height.

Aluminum Banana Swingarm
A new curved cast aluminum swingarm provides a sturdy and durable platform for the rear suspension system, featuring a direct shock absorber mount that is now offset to the side, for that super-racy look. This also creates additional space for the new exhaust muffler, providing added attitude.
Offset, adjustable WP Apex Rear Monoshock
On the rear, you'll find an off-center WP APEX Separate piston shock absorber with 150 mm of travel and 60 mm of stroke.
- Rebound is easily adjusted with a 5-step clicker.
- It is also preload adjustable.
Light Weight Rigid Wheels
Reducing weight where it counts the most, the new wheels on the Gen-3 KTM DUKE range has made significant inroads at reducing unsprung mass. This not only improves the overall handling characteristics but also means quicker turn-in and less strain on working components like axels and bearings.
Superior Stopping Power
- Front: 320 mm brake disk with brand-new four-piston radial calipers. The new design includes bigger disks to reduce the operating temperature with improvements in the resistance to fading and longer pad lifespan.
- Rear: 240 mm brake disk is installed with a brand-new twin-piston caliper which carries the same benefits as the front wheel. Cornering ABS and SUPERMOTO ABS are also standard features.

Need to change your seat height? The Gen-3 KTM 390 DUKE has a standard seat height of 800 mm, but can easy be increased to 820 mm by purchasing a new seat from KTM spares.
Footpegs
All-new, lightweight forged aluminum footpeg hangers and grippy footpegs ensure riders have uninterrupted grip when banging through the gears & rear brake.
Fuel Tank
All-new sculpted fuel tank complements the razor sharp look of the Gen-3 KTM 390 DUKE.
